Responsibilities:

• Overseethe full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including budgeting,forecasting, financial reporting, and audit.

• Develop and implement financial strategies, cost-control measures, and performance targets to support business growth.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financialstatements in compliance with IFRS and local standards.

• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, intercompany settlements, and fundingactivities.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; monitor financial KPIsand operational performance.

• Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities (IRAS), and regulatory bodies on allstatutory and compliance matters.

• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA, and IRAS requirements.

• Maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation procedures.

• Support Board and management reporting, including preparation of resolutions, AGM/Board papers, and statutory filings.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA/ACCA/CA qualification preferred.

• Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.

• Solid knowledge of Singapore Companies Act, ACRA, IRAS filing, and corporate governance standards.

• Proficient in ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), TMS, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Excel).

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail and high integrity.
