• Competitive Basic Salary: S$2500 to $4000 depending on experience

Requirements:

• Mandatory CEI certification
• Preferred sales experience in the relevant industry
• Strong sales acumen, self-motivated, and capable of sourcing and closing sales autonomously
• Ability to handle all operational aspects of a branch office, including sales, customer support, and rostering
• Effective communication skills
• Positive attitude and a team player

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screening interviews to assess the qualifications and suitability of potential domestic helpers.
• Match families with the most suitable MDW based on their specific needs and preferences.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to both families and MDWs to foster successful working relationships.
• Stay updated on the latest regulations and best practices in the domestic helper industry.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
