- Chef for Jap Fusion cafe, focus on research and development of new menu, including preparation for food, cooking, maintain hygiene for the working area

- Cleaning core during closing including washing task for dishes and working area

- Month end stock take for BOH stocks

- Working closely with other colleagues, build good working relationship

- Ensure sufficient stock available to run daily
