We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive who is driven, disciplined, and eager to build new business from the ground up. Cold calling, client visits, and consistent follow-ups will be key parts of your day. You will learn how to identify prospects, build relationships, and support the sales cycle in the industrial automation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Actively generate new leads through cold calls, emails, site visits, and networking.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Learn to understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation products (PLC, HMI, drives, sensors, etc.).
• Assist in preparing quotations and basic proposals, with guidance from senior specialists.
• Follow up with customers and support the process toward deal closure.
• Work toward monthly sales targets with mentorship and support.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics / Engineering / Business / or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; sales experience is a bonus.
• Interest in new business development, cold calling, and customer engagement.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation (PLCs, drives, sensors) is an advantage; training will be provided.
• Confident communicator, self-driven, and willing to learn.
