About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Leasing Manager to lead occupancy growth and strengthen client relationships in a fast-paced co-working environment. If you're a high-energy sales professional with a passion for building communities, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven sales plans to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
Proactively generate leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and referral partnerships.
Conduct compelling space tours and tailored presentations that highlight amenities and community benefits.
Deliver exceptional, personalized service to both new and existing members to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term loyalty.
Leverage sales metrics and market intelligence to refine strategies and enhance competitive positioning.
Engage in regular communication with clients, implement feedback, and drive process improvements to elevate satisfaction and retention.
Lead and motivate the sales team through on-job training, skill development, and performance tracking using KPIs such as conversion rates and space utilization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience within the co-working space industry, ideally with their current employer.
Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong relationship-building skills.
Existing strong relationships with co-working brokers and commercial real estate agencies.
