We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Personal Assistant to support our dynamic corporate insurance team (NOT SALES RELATED).

This role is crucial for ensuring seamless operations, with a particular focus on claims management and exceptional client servicing for both corporate and individual clients. If you thrive in detail-oriented environments and possess strong organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in online submissions.
  • Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on claim status, policies, and coverage.
  • Offer administrative support for policy renewals, endorsements, and other client servicing requests.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date softcopy client records and correspondence.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external insurers to facilitate prompt issue resolution.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management, and assist with audits and compliance.
  • Manage and update our social media presence.

  • Capacity to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Prior experience in insurance or claims processing is a plus
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills.
