Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performing regular inspections of the construction site.
• Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly.
• Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment.
• Checking work techniques are correct and safe.
• Verifying material quality, and ensuring adherence to standards and building codes.
• Ordering and managing materials, overseeing equipment, and controlling site access.

Requirements:

• At least 15+ years of working experience in related field
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience
• Pro-active and good working attitude
• Able to work on weekend/Public Holidays should the need arise
• Able to work irregular hours should the need arise
