Call Centre Officer
  • Salary: $2,000 to $2,400 + OT
  • Working days: 5.25 days
  • Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8am to 5.30pm /Sat (Alt): 8am - 12pm
  • Location: Ubi

Responsibilities:
  • Handle phone calls from customers
  • Schedule appointments for customers for servicing or repair
  • Assist service advisors with call centre matters.
  • Make proactive calls to customers to remind them of upcoming service and propose scheduled appointments.
  • Respond to incoming emails regarding customer service appointments.
  • Perform follow-up call on any related recall or service campaign
  • General admin duties
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirement:
  • Possess relevant experience in customer service
