Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Manage daily mise en place to ensure the assigned section is fully prepared before service.
• Ensure food quality, taste, texture, and portioning are consistent at all times.
• Assist with receiving, checking, storing, labeling, and rotating ingredients (FIFO).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards in line with NEA / SFA / company requirements.
• Support smooth service by communicating effectively with the kitchen and service teams.
• Assist in guiding and supporting junior team members, such as Commis and trainees.
• Report equipment faults, low stock items, or operational issues promptly.
• Help minimize food wastage and adhere to portion control standards.
• Participate in regular cleaning duties and scheduled deep-clean activities.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior
