Working hrs: 5 days per week including both weekends and Public Holidays (Retail Hours)
Duration: 3 months contract (convertible to permanent depending on performance)

Role

• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance when needed.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Track and replenish stock on shelves to ensure product availability. Other Ad Hoc duties

Requirements

• Comfortable to work at Sentosa/ commit to retail hours and weekends
• Candidates with 1 year of retail experience, preferably from high-volume store environments, will be an advantage.
