Strategic Partnerships & Projects
- Identify and develop new international collaborations
- Lead end-to-end management of international healthcare initiatives
- Support strategic planning to expand NUH's global presence
Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for seamless project delivery
- Liaise with foreign governments, healthcare institutions, and international organizations
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows
Events & Communication
- Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements
- Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes
Process Improvement & Governance
- Develop and update SOPs and workflows for operational efficiency
- Support contract and MoU renewals
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and international regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare, ideally in academic medicine, higher education, or hospital administration
- Experience supporting senior leadership and managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Proven track record in strategic planning, partnership development, and international engagement
- Experience in process improvement, contract management, or MoU negotiations is a plus

- Meticulous, self-driven, and collaborative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
