Job Description & Requirements

• To assist the Project manager with the day to day site activities.
• Coordinate / supervise / and monitor the activities on site to ensure compliance with agreed methods of work , standards / drawings, etc.
• Liaise with Clients and clients' representatives on all aspects of project. Attend meetings with Clients to discuss progress, issues and other matters.
• Plan, monitor and execute work on site. Must be able to keep on top of things and be able to plan well ahead and manage all operations to ensure no hiccups that may cause delays.
• Conduct regular site meetings to discuss coordination issues affecting project progress and use such meetings as a platform to gather and exchange information.
• To prepare reports on work progress for client and head office
• Coordinate with head office on all project related maters
• To prepare reports/handover documents on work completion
• Responsible for logistics management and procurement of resources including organizing and mobilising site labor, equipment, and materials.
• Overall responsibility for HSE - strictly enforce safety throughout the construction or maintenance phase. Also, lead and/or participate in incident investigations - workers' injuries and near misses.
• Any other tasks/responsibilities as assigned by Management

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as Site Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership ability.
