Waitress Supervisor (5-Star Hotel)
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervised and coordinated daily service operations of waitstaff
• Assigned duties, scheduled shifts, and ensured adequate staffing
• Trained new staff on service standards, hygiene, and SOPs
• Ensured high standards of customer service and handled guest complaints
• Monitored food quality, service speed, and cleanliness of dining areas
• Assisted with cashiering, POS operations, and end-of-shift reports
• Worked closely with kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations
• Ensured compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Requirements :
• Must have 1-3 years Waitress Supervisor experience
• Good customer service and communication skills
