Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
• Understand and communicate product features, materials, and styling tips
• Provide personalised recommendations based on customers' needs
• Process sales transactions accurately (POS, payments, receipts)
• Maintain attractive and functional visual merchandising and store displays
• Support inventory management (receiving, stocking, and stock take)
• Answer customer enquiries via in-store, phone, email, or social media
• Assist with packaging and gift wrapping with care and attention
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and operations standards
• Support promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and events
• Assist with stock take and reporting when required
