Summary:

Responsible for providing chairside assistance to the dentist during dental procedures. Ensures patient comfort, maintains a sterile clinical environment, and supports smooth daily clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during dental treatments and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready
• Perform chairside duties such as suctioning, instrument transfer, and patient positioning
• Ensure proper sterilization, cleaning, and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment
• Observe and maintain infection control and hygiene standards
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Support inventory control and restocking of dental supplies

Requirements

• Chairside experience is an advantage; on-the-job training may be provided
• Knowledge of dental instruments and infection control procedures
• Detail-oriented, caring, and patient-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
