Sales Operations Manager
Salary: $3,800 - $5,000/month | Location: Central Singapore

About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Operations Manager to keep our sales engine running smoothly. You'll ensure seamless sales operations, efficient order fulfilment, accurate inventory, and high customer satisfaction-all while supporting business growth.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales & Marketing to execute campaigns and promotions.
• Manage end-to-end order processing: confirmation → delivery → invoicing.
• Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and replenishment.
• Optimise fleet and logistics operations for timely deliveries.
• Handle after-sales support, escalations, and customer feedback.
• Streamline workflows, implement SOPs, and improve cross-department collaboration.
• Lead and guide operations and support staff, ensuring performance aligns with business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-3 years in sales operations, operations management, or supply chain.
• Experience in retail, lifestyle, furniture, or distribution preferred.
• Strong understanding of order fulfilment, inventory, and logistics.
• Hands-on, process-driven, and structured mindset.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and inventory systems.
