Job Description

• To receive and inspect incoming goods from vendors and to ensure the items received are correct
• Record goods into the system
• Stock items in designated locations
• Issue items and to ensure the items issued are correct (e.g. description, quantity, etc)
• To sort, pick and prepare items for collection/delivery.
• Daily operations (receiving, issuing of items, FIFO management)
• Able to minimize stock loss
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Office , Excel
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Meticulous and fast learner
• 6 days work
• Able to commence work on a short notice will be an added advantage
