Working hours: Mon- Thurs 9am- 6.15pm , Fri 9am-6pm
One Saturday per month: 9am- 1pm
Job Description:

-Check vehicles registration folder for payment, approval and documentation etc
- Handle vehicles registration online
-Update respective folders in the system
- Handle refunds, order vehicle number plates
-Send requests on IU commissioning
- Generate invoices
-Prepare month end reports on inventory, car financing analysis and sales analysis
-any other duties as when assigned.

Requirement:

Min NITEC or certificate in Accounting/ Business Admin or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft office
Preferably with at least 2 years experiences in invoicing and basic accounting
Meticulous and able to work independently
