Job Purpose:

We are looking for dedicated Sales Personal to source and secure new potential customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our customer database and secure new accounts.

Job Description:

• Identifies, develops, and retains new business relationship
• Maintains relationship with customers by providing support, information and guidance
• Canvass and secure new accounts (HUNTER ROLE)
• Responsible for B2B sales account management and customer satisfaction
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
• Maintain strong business relationships with customers for customer retention.
• Assist customers to resolve issues faced when shipping through our services in a timely manner so as to prevent cumulative cost (if any) and damages.
• Update important feedback and rectify problems from customers

Requirements:

• Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain (Freight Forwarding industry) is preferred but NOT A MUST (On Job Training Provicded)
• Achieve sales objective
• Able to work independently with pro-active self motivated attitude
• Possess strong hunter mentality, business sense and industry expertise
