Sales Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.

• Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and monitor competitor activity.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.

Business Development & Client Management:

• Actively prospect and acquire new clients in target markets (e.g., developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, direct clients).

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.

• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.

• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry and quotation to negotiation and contract closure.

Project Coordination & Liaison:

• Collaborate closely with the production, design, and project management teams to ensure accurate quoting, feasibility assessment, and seamless project handover.

• Review project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to prepare precise and competitive proposals.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-contract phase, addressing technical and commercial inquiries.
