• Position Title: Sales Coordinator / Senior Sales Executive
• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,500 - $3,550
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle indoor sales for valves, pipes and fittings (Coordinator)
• Handle outdoor sales for valves, pipes and fittings (Senior Sales)
• Manage sales enquiries and customer purchase orders
• Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders and purchase orders
• Liaise with customers on product quality and delivery matters
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to maintain good customer relationships
• Arrange shipment according to sales orders
• Retrieve mill test certificates when required
• Work with the Finance Department to monitor and follow up on customer payments
• Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

• At least 2 years of experience in sales of valves, pipes and fittings, hardware products or electrical items, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good analytical and planning skills
