• Position Title: Project Manager
• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6pm), Sat (8.30am - 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Annual Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full project cycle from site possession through completion and handover, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and required workmanship standards.
• Oversee day-to-day site execution for infrastructure works, including roadworks (trenching, asphalt/ paving, traffic diversions) and drainage construction (U-drains, box culverts).
• Prepare, maintain, and track the overall construction programme/master schedule using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Lead and supervise the project team, including engineers and site supervisors.
• Provide overall project updates and reports to the Project Director.
• Liaise with authorities such as LTA, PUB, NPARKS and NEA for permit applications and approvals (e.g., LTA.PROMPT, TOP, CSC).
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including the Street Works Act and Sewerage & Drainage Act.
• Work closely with QPs and PEs to address technical design matters and obtain authority clearances.
• Lead site safety, environmental controls, and regulatory compliance in line with MOM/ WSH requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communications, including public feedback/ complaints and coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with utility owners/agencies (e.g., SP Group, Singtel, NetLink Trust) for utility detection, diversion, and protection works.
• Support other project-related assignments as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering Singapore infrastructure projects, ideally for road, drainage, and sewerage works
• Valid CSCPM (Construction Safety Course for Project Managers) or WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites certification.
• Hands-on experience with LTA works (e.g., road opening, traffic diversions) and PUB drainage/ sewer projects.
• Solid understanding of Earth Control Measures (ECM) and deep excavation safety requirements.
• BIM knowledge is an added advantage.
