Job Description

• Understand and promote TCM treatments, packages, and wellness products

• Provide personalized treatment recommendations based on clients' needs

• Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales

• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets

• Educate clients on benefits and outcomes of TCM services

• Maintain a good relationship with clients to encourage retention and referrals

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 year of experience in a sales role (spa/healthcare background preferred)

• Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Confident, motivated, and sales-driven personality

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of TCM is an advantage (training will be provided)

• Willing to work weekends and public holidays if required
