Responsibilities:

1. Work as the finance manager of the Singaporesubsidiary("Company") of a Chinese A-share listed company("Group"), Responsible for theCompany's finance department and related affairs;

2. Establish and perfect the Company's financialmanagement system and internal control system to meet the Group's standard;

3. Prepare and review financial documents andreports. Regularly present financial reports and data to the Group as required;

4. Check the validity and accuracy of contracts andpayment documents;

5. Complete monthly, quarterly and annual taxdeclarations, annual settlement and payment; research local tax policies andconduct reasonable tax planning;

6. Conduct financial management of the Company'sassets, register ledgers and detailed accounts, conduct regular inventorychecks to ensure the integrity and safety of the assets;

7. According to the Company's strategic plan,cooperate to complete the annual budget and monthly financial and operationalanalysis, present to the Group;

8. Promote the construction of financialformalization; take management of accounting files such as vouchers, accountbooks, and reports;

9. Establish the department's organizationstructure and personnel allocation plan, build the talent pool within thedepartment;

10. Other tasks assigned by the Group.

Location:

Base in Singapore; required to undergo 1-2months of training in Beijing before officially taking office, and regularly travelto China's main office for submission of reports and meetings after takingoffice.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in accounting, finance orrelevant field, master is a plus;

2. More than 5 years of work experience, withpriority given to those with enterprise work experience;

3. CPA/ACCA, have good understanding of financialoperation and accounting regulations of Chinese listed companies , Chineseaccounting standards and IFRS. The one who is also familiar with Singaporeaccounting standards and tax policies is preferred;
