- Salary: $2,000 to $2,400 + OT
- Working days: 5.25 days
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8am to 5.30pm /Sat (Alt): 8am - 12pm
- Location: Ubi
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls from customers
- Schedule appointments for customers for servicing or repair
- Assist service advisors with call centre matters.
- Make proactive calls to customers to remind them of upcoming service and propose scheduled appointments.
- Respond to incoming emails regarding customer service appointments.
- Perform follow-up call on any related recall or service campaign
- General admin duties
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirement:
- Possess relevant experience in customer service
