- Salary: $2,400 - $3,500
- Location: Ubi
- Working days: 5.25 days (Alt Sat)
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 7pm / Saturday (Alternate): 8am - 1pm
Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction with aftersales service.
- Execute core processes for automotive service activities.
- Oversee and supervise technicians to ensure efficient and professional work.
- Liaise with other departments to meet customer needs, including on-time delivery, quality of repair, reasonable cost, etc.
- Take initiative to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma, 'A' Levels, NTC 2/3 or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive service industry as a service advisor or in a related role
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
