<ul> <li>Assist in the clinic's day to day operations and functions.</li> <li>Assist the Medical Director in the assigned clinic.</li> <li>Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.</li> <li>Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).</li> <li>Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.</li> <li>Assist in the renewal of government licenses including but not limited to Clinic License, Fire, Insurance, and HSA.</li> <li>Other duties assigned by your reporting officer as required.</li></ul>
