Job Responsibilities:

• Assist dentist during dental procedures and treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with infection control standards
• Manage patient flow and chairside support
• Handle front desk duties including patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Manage billing, payments, and insurance-related documentation
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and patient enquiries professionally
• Maintain and update patient records accurately
• Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide excellent patient service and support throughout the visit

Job Requirements:

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to work shift roster 44hrs/week including 1 weekend
• Relevant working experience in dental industry is an added advantage
