Job Description:
Job Requirement:
- Plan, supervise, and organize maintenance works, including minor repairs, corrective, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Coordinate, supervise and follow-up with contractors on preventive maintenance and rectification works to ensure timely completion.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems.
- Prepare proposals, quotations/costing, and monthly maintenance reports.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment, and report findings to the supervisor.
- Monitor and track the expiry dates of service contracts, certifications, licenses, and ensure timely renewals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for all facility operations.
- Support facility improvement projects and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Min 1 year of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or engineering support (manufacturing environment is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
- Experience coordinating contractors and familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and respond promptly to facility issues.
- Willing to support after-hours or weekend maintenance when required.
- Willing to work on-site at Changi North Crescent.
