Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm (Base on rotation)

Basic Salary: $2500-$2800

Remarks:

-Commission is based on a percentage of monthly revenue.

The minimum KPI starts at $20,000 for 2%, increasing to 3% at $30,000, 4% at $40,000, and 5% at $50,000. Commissions are recurring, so ongoing repair and maintenance revenue continues to count toward the KPI each month.

-Class 3 driving is a major bonus, allowance can be petrol credits. If no driving licence then will be grab allowance.

-This is a hybrid role, and executives can choose cold calling or door knocking as long as they deliver results. Due to the industry, meeting corporate clients and workshops in person is common. About 70% of the role will be outdoors unless the executive can consistently secure appointments through cold calling.

Job Description:

- Generating leads, maintaining customer relations, assist in horizontal and vertical business development and meeting sales targets.

- Setting goals and developing business development strategies.

- Researching prospects and generating leads.

- Contacting potential and existing customers.

- Handling customer questions and inquiries.

- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

- Managing the sales process.

- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
