Job scope

• Answering phone calls, replying emails, answering customer queries, providing information, taking and processing orders
• Liaise with clients directly if there's delivery or stock issues
• Communicate with logistics for delivery arrangement
• Prepare packing list for warehouse
• Handling salmon factory yield rate report and stock in
• Matching signed delivery order invoice with tax invoice
• Daily sales report submission
• Mailing invoices to clients
• Filing of invoices
• Preparing of sticker labelling
