We're looking for one reliable, grounded Operations Associate to help keep our venue running smoothly day to day, and to support events on weekends.

This role is ideal for someone practical, calm, and dependable - someone who takes pride in keeping things organised and ready, rather than seeking a fast-track or creative role.

Key Responsibilities

Weekdays

• Prepare and reset the venue for upcoming bookings
• Ensure the space is clean, organised, and presentable at all times
• Coordinate with vendors, deliveries, and basic maintenance needs
• Handle guest enquiries and simple admin support
• Assist with general upkeep and operational tasks around the house

Weekends

• Be on-site to support events and bookings
• Ensure smooth operations during events
• Coordinate vendors and setups
• Handle basic guest-facing needs professionally
• Maintain order, safety, and cleanliness throughout the event

• Highly reliable and punctual (this is non-negotiable)
• Comfortable with routine, structure, and responsibility
• Calm under pressure and able to follow systems
• Willing to do hands-on operational work
• Professional, respectful, and steady in demeanor
• Able to work weekends consistently

What This Role Is (and Isn't)

• This is an operations-focused role, not a creative or managerial fast-track
• Training will be provided, but self-discipline and consistency are expected
• Reliability matters more than prior experience
