Job Description
  • Support the corporate secretarial Business Unit for compliance and admin work
  • Lodgment of documents with ACRA/ MOM and other governmental authorities and/or departments related to corporate services work.
  • To track and monitor deadlines and requirements to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Assist in KYC/due diligence procedures in accordance with internal policies.
  • Perform any other additional responsibilities and/ or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the various head(s) of departments from time to time.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field;
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Law, or a related discipline;
  • Proficiency in Mandarin as liaison with clients from Mainland China is required;
  • Familiarity with the Singapore Companies Act and corporate compliance requirements will be a plus;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients;
  • Able to work independently as well as a Team;
  • Meticulous, well-organised and good interpersonal skill with positive attitude;
  • Able to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced work environment.
