Catering Executive (Social Enterprise)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Catering Executive who is organised, compassionate, and hands-on to support our social-enterprise catering operations. This role plays a key part in delivering quality food while supporting meaningful employment, community programmes, and inclusive workplace practices.

You will coordinate catering orders from enquiry to execution, working closely with kitchen teams, operations staff, and clients to ensure every event is delivered with care, dignity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage catering enquiries, quotations, and order confirmations
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams on menus, quantities, and timelines
• Support logistics for catering events, including preparation, delivery, and setup
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction
• Prepare basic documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, and reports
• Support on-site catering events when required
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and service standards
• Work respectfully with team members from diverse backgrounds, including seniors and community hires

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in catering, F&B operations, events, or hospitality is preferred
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
• Willing to support events that may fall on weekends or public holidays
• Basic digital skills (WhatsApp, email, Excel)
