1. Site Administration & Coordination
- Manage and oversee all site administrative functions, including site coordination and operational support.
- Handle the setup of site offices and dormitories, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety requirements.
- Coordinate utilities applications and site facility maintenance.
- Prepare site documentation and reports required by internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with client on office management matters.
- Prepare management reports and provide administrative support to directors.

2. Administrative, IT & Financial Support
- Supervise site procurement and back charges, and inventory records.
- Support project-related financial tasks such as checking invoices, processing purchase orders, and reviewing partner billings.
- Obtain quotation for admin purchases
- Handle project insurance matters, including arranging policies, managing claims (C.A.R., TPL, Hull, P&I, WICA), and coordinating with insurers.
- Provide support in IT matters

3. General Affairs Support
- Supervision of project administrator
- Support manpower reporting, attendance tracking, and site directory updates.
- Coordinate internal and external visits, site ceremonies, and other event activities.
- Assist to support Safety Department in events such as Safety Day

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management or similar study
  • 4-5 years experience in similar capacity
  • Working hours: 8am to 5pm

Note: This hiring is specifically for CR210 project. The projected end date is in 2032.
