We are looking for a creative specialist who is familiar with Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will oversee operations on Shopee and TikTok, drive brand growth, and attract pet-loving consumers through engaging visual content and marketing initiatives-ultimately boosting sales and brand visibility.

In this role, you will oversee operations on Shopee and TikTok, drive brand growth, and attract pet-loving consumers through engaging visual content and marketing initiatives-ultimately boosting sales and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-platform Store Operations
- Manage the daily operations of Shopee, TikTok and Lazada stores, including product listings, promotions, order processing, and customer service.
- Analyze platform data, optimize product pages and keywords to improve ranking and conversion rate.
2. Content Creation & Visual Design
- Produce eye-catching product photos, short videos, and creative content highlighting product features and pet use scenarios.
- Proficient in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere).
3. Social Media & Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute TikTok livestreams and short video campaigns to interact with pet communities and increase engagement.
- Assist with ad material creation and tracking performance, ensuring ROI optimization.
4. Market & User Insight
- Monitor pet industry trends, analyze competitors, and propose product or marketing improvements.
- Gather user feedback and assist in enhancing product and service experience.
Requirements
1. Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of e-commerce operations experience, familiar with Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada platform policies and strategies.
- Able to independently handle visual content production (photo & video).
- Experience in pet products or related categories is a strong advantage.
2. Personal Qualities
- Passionate about pets, especially cats, with understanding of pet product markets and user needs.
- Creative, social-media savvy, and able to identify content trends.
- Strong results orientation, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn.
