About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee civil and construction projects across Singapore. You will lead project teams, manage resources, and ensure the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, adhering to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Plan, execute, and close projects across various civil and construction scopes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Site Supervision & Coordination: Oversee islandwide project sites, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities. Conduct regular meetings and provide timely updates.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor site supervisors, engineers, and workers, ensuring clear task delegation and performance standards.
• Resource & Risk Management: Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets. Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all works comply with BCA, MOM, and other regulatory requirements. Enforce strict safety protocols across all sites.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and financial summaries for management and clients.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets project and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil/construction project management,
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Singapore.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
