• Position : Admin (Project Support/Must Be Proficient in Excel) - Near Joo Koon MRT
• Location : Joo Koon (Walkable from Joo Koon MRT)
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 Basic + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting and supporting the project Manager
• Maintaining project documentation
• Ordering of parts for project and monitoring budget
• Tracking and communicating project purchases and delivery
• Planning workflow and monitoring schedules
• Coordinating with team members to keep workflow on track

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience or more
• Minimum O Level
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
