Open Position: Junior Consultant, Singapore office

Job description:

The position will be based in our Singapore office. You will be an important pillar of the assignment providing pragmatic advice that generate real business impact for our clients. Specifically, you will:

• Work in a team of 2-3 consultants, with daily interactions with a project manager and partner on a variety of projects in different industries and set-ups.

• Conduct primary and secondary research, data validation, data modeling, data analysis and PowerPoint report writing.

• Organize and conduct interviews with industry insiders and experts, take excellent notes through interview.

• Depending on the projects, you may be involved in strategic workshops with clients (preparation and facilitation) and in preparing and giving presentations.

Required skills:

• 0-1 year of strategic consulting experience in a reputed strategy consulting company with a proven track record or in a reputed Investment Bank

• Expertise in key industries, notably consumer goods, retail, or industrials

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving skills

• Solid functional knowledge such as strategy, business development, marketing and sales, etc.

• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

• Demonstrated leadership capability in a team environment: take initiatives and resolve problems in an innovative manner, create opportunities for others, and take risks as seen through leadership roles

Other qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from a top-tier university worldwide in Chemical Engineering

• Fluency in English is a must

• Fluency in Bahasa is a must
