Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Architect to join our office, one who is familiar with all the stages of an architectural project, right from the initial concept design phase, onwards to detailed design, tender preparation, contract administration, construction inspections, all the way to final accounts and defects liability stage.

Potential candidates should be team players who can also function independently and achieve high levels of architectural design quality and execute projects with professionalism.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop design proposals for Architectural projects

• Carry out design development of projects, ensuring all specifications and client requirements are met.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements

• Coordinate with Engineers and Specialist consultants

• Develop tender drawings and specifications

• Tender Evaluation and contract administration.

• Conducting periodic on-site construction inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to design specifications.

• Contract Administration, including issuance of instructions / directions and final accounts

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management and architectural design.

• Proficiency in design and drafting software, including Revit and AutoCAD.

• Good presentation and communication skills.

• Familiarity with PSSCOC and SIA contracts

13th month pay will be provided
