• Investigating and processing of customer claim relating to self service banking (ATM) transactions
• Handle daily checking of the clearing account for customer claim.
• Monitor daily exception reports to ensure completeness and timeliness of Bank's actions have been executed.
• Perform settlement and reconciliation of the team's key GL accounts.
