Facilities & Community Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Singapore Expo - Indoor Air-Conditioned Padel Club
Work Days: 6 days/week (including weekends & PHs)

Padel X is Singapore's newest indoor air-con padel club - a vibrant, community-driven space where sport meets fun. We're looking for a Facilities & Community Manager who can bring energy, ensure smooth daily operations, and create an amazing experience for our players.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for members and guests
• Build and engage the community through social leagues, events and WhatsApp groups
• Organise friendly tournaments, mixers, and social play sessions
• Oversee court maintenance, cleanliness, equipment readiness and daily facility checks
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams for smooth operations
• Manage bookings, walk-ins, calls, POS transactions and basic tech systems
• Maintain inventory, schedules, and overall club presentation

Requirements

• Strong people skills; friendly, energetic and welcoming
• Physically active (role involves moving around and light facility tasks)
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable with tech and booking systems (training provided)
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
