- Manage and maintain project technical standards, specifications, and procedures
- Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and method statements
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to project and site teams
Design Coordination
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Identify and resolve design clashes, constructability, and technical risks
- Lead value engineering and alternative solution proposals
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local construction codes, authority requirements, and industry standards
- Support audits, inspections, and authority submissions
- Implement and monitor QA/QC processes
Project Support
- Support tender and pre-construction teams with technical input
- Assist in variation, claims, and technical dispute resolution
- Monitor technical progress and report risks or delays
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7-12 years of experience in construction or engineering projects
- Experience in design management and site technical coordination
