We are looking for Freight Forwarding Indoor/Outdoor Sales whose job involves driving revenue by finding new clients (outdoor) and nurturing them via phone/email (indoor), handling import/export inquiries, quoting rates for sea/air/land freight, negotiating deals, and coordinating operations for seamless service delivery, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to offer tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities (Combined Role)

(1) Sales & Business Development:

Prospect for new clients (cold calling, networking) andmaintain existing customer relationships.

Present freight forwarding services (sea, air, land, customsbrokerage) and tailored logistics solutions.

Meet sales targets and generate new bookings.

(2) Quotation & Negotiation:

Handle client inquiries and prepare accurate quotations withfreight rates and charges.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.

(3) Client Coordination:

Provide excellent after-sales service and follow-up untilshipment completion.

Act as a liaison between clients, overseas agents, andinternal departments (Operations, Accounts).

(4) Operational Support:

Ensure smooth handover of confirmed bookings to operations.

Manage documentation and resolve any service issues.
