Key Responsibilities

1. Computer Systems Management: Oversee and maintain computer systems across all branch offices, including both Windows and macOS environments; standardize procurement, installation, maintenance, and replacement processes to ensure efficiency and stability.
2. Network Infrastructure Management: Manage and monitor network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN/cloud services) for branch offices worldwide; ensure secure and stable connectivity across multiple regions.
3. Resource Integration & Optimization: Plan and execute IT resource integration, including servers, file systems, email platforms, and cloud solutions; implement hybrid solutions for seamless integration between Windows PCs and Apple macOS devices (e.g., Active Directory, MDM solutions, file sharing).
4. Cloud Integration: Manage and integrate Microsoft 365, Apple iCloud, and Google Workspace in hybrid cloud environments; ensure account, email, collaboration tools, and file security across platforms.
5. Global IT Integration: Lead IT system integration projects for multinational subsidiaries; develop IT governance policies that comply with local regulations and global corporate standards.
6. Information Security & Endpoint Protection: Implement endpoint security policies (user access control, patch management, antivirus, endpoint protection); establish Data Loss Prevention (DLP) measures to monitor and prevent information leakage.
7. Risk Control & Compliance: Define IT security standards and audit mechanisms to comply with international frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR); conduct periodic vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of IT/MIS experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role; proven experience in multinational IT system integration and project management; hands-on experience in managing mixed Windows and Apple environments (Active Directory, MDM solutions, cross-platform security).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of network architecture (LAN/WAN/VPN), server administration, and cloud infrastructure; expertise in information security, auditing, DLP, firewalls, and endpoint security.
• Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified (Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect / Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert); Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or similar macOS integration certification; CISSP / CCNP / PMP are a plus.
• Language: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to collaborate with international teams.
• Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, effective communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

4. 雲端整合管理:管理並整合 Microsoft 365,Apple iCloud,Google Workspace 等多雲端環境；確保跨平台帳號,郵件,協作工具與檔案安全性。
5. 跨國 IT 整合:主導跨國據點 IT 系統整合；制定符合當地法規及國際公司治理的資訊政策。
6. 資訊安全與端點防護:制定個人電腦安全政策(帳號控管,補丁更新,防毒,端點防護)；建立資料外洩防護機制 (DLP)。
7. 風險控管與合規:建立資訊安全標準與稽核制度,符合 ISO 27001,GDPR 等國際規範；定期進行弱點掃描,滲透測試與教育訓練。

任職資格

• 學歷:資訊管理,資訊工程,電腦科學相關科系,大學以上。
• 經驗:8 年以上 IT/MIS 經驗,其中 3 年以上管理職；具跨國 IT 整合與專案管理經驗；熟悉 Windows 與 Apple 混合環境(Active Directory,MDM,跨平台資安)。
• 專業技能:熟悉 LAN/WAN/VPN,伺服器與雲端架構管理；精通資訊安全,防火牆,DLP,端點防護。
• 證照(優先考慮):Microsoft Certified(Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect / Microsoft 365 EA Expert),Apple Certified Support Professional(ACSP)或 macOS 整合相關證照；CISSP / CCNP / PMP 佳。
• 語言:需具備良好英文聽說讀寫能力,能與跨國團隊協作。
