- Recommends maintenance, chemicals, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
- Responsible for the overall management of all cleaning functions in the venue to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly experience for guests, customers, and workers.
- Ensure to communicate workplace safety precautions to employees.
- Responsible for managing and supervising a cleaning team assigned to buildings, offices, sites, food & beverages and other facilities.
- Oversee the company's facility operations, manage staff, manage office moves and manage janitorial duties, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with the company on the implementation of new building projects.
- Operate on machine/process units as assigned.
- Perform trouble-shooting for equipment failures to meet production targets quality standards specifications.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (Cleaning, Service, Replace)
- Perform product/machine changeover on the line by clearing the previous lot parts, change of materials, tool/die change and minor machine set-up and keying in the necessary information into the machine MES satellite.
- Maintain housekeeping and cleaning of machine and work area to ensure neat, tidy and safe working environment
