Full-Time:
• 8.30am-5.30pm/ 9am-6pm/ 11am-10.30pm/ 12.30pm-10.30pm (No fix morning shift ; flexibility across rotating timings will be required)
• 6-days work week
• Gross monthly salary up to $3,100

Part-Time:
• 12pm-10pm/ 12.30pm-10.30pm/ 1pm-10pm (Hours may differ between outlets' operational needs)
• Min. 4 days work week (Inclusive of weekends & PH)
• $11 per hour (Weekdays) , Additional $2 per hour (Weekends & PH)

Role Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly, attentive service to all customers ― assist with inquiries, offer product recommendations.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process cash, card and digital payments.
• Help customers with placing orders, picking up pre-orders for cakes and managing special requests.
• Maintain attractive, fully-stocked displays with products neatly arranged and correctly labelled.
• Operate the bread slicer machine safely and efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize trays, tongs, utensils, display cases and work areas regularly.
• Assist with daily stock-taking, inventory replenishment and product balancing.
• Collaborate closely with the team and Supervisor to ensure smooth operations and complete any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:
• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• Prior experience in retail/ F&B or customer service role is an advantage.
• No experience candidates are also welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Physically fit ― able to stand for long period, lift moderate to heavy weights and perform repetitive tasks.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
