Job Description

• Understanding client's requirements prior to commencement of design work

• Responsible for all design, space planning and conceptualization of ideas (color scheme and materials)

• Preparation of proposals for design work (sketches and design work)

• Drafting of quotations and work schedule to clients

• Project management overseeing entire project workflow

• Liaising between clients, contractors and vendors from start till project completion

• Develop and prepare drawings and designs from initial ideas, sketches, specification sheets

• Drafting of carpentry detailed drawings using relevant software

• Understanding and communicate consequences of designs

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Sales driven, proactive and meticulous, able to work independently, good presentation skills

• Candidates with/without experience are welcomed.

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

• Flexibility to travel as required (within Singapore)
