Job Scope:

• Drive revenue growth by meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Source, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
• Partner with the Director of Sales to implement sales strategies and grow after-sales services.
• Maintain continuous engagement with existing clients while expanding the client base.
• Manage end-to-end project workflows, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and high client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of new offerings that strengthen the company's position in the industry.
• Monitor market performance, assess territory potential, and prepare sales progress reports.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, marketing agencies, or events-related roles.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with overseas travel for meetings and events as required.
  
  Salary: Basic salary of $3,500 plus attractive commission
