We are expanding our commercial team and are looking for a driven Senior Sales and Business Development Specialist to grow our customer base and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• \tIdentify and develop new business opportunities with OEM, EMS, CEM, and end-user customers

• \tAchieve and exceed sales targets set by the company

• \tEstablish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers

• \tConduct business development activities through various channels, including cold calling, proposal emails, and face-to-face meetings

• \tPrepare sales proposals and presentations

• \tTravel locally and overseas as required for sales and business development activities

Job Requirements

• \tMinimum 2 years of sales or engineering experience

• \tStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• \tProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• \tSelf-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented

• \tWillingness to travel for both local and overseas business engagements
